Finina Maynard and Karin Jaggi (overall mens and womens world record holders, Bjorn Dunkerbeck (fastest open sea speed) and Antoine Albeau (the best allround windsurfer in the world), join Dave White (production board champ) and Peter Hart (early member of the 40 knot club) to make a truly informative and insightful study on how to improve your speed.
